Enquirer Consulting Group / Prepared for Cardo Systems
August 2026

The other half
of the group.

Alison, you came back to Mia about feature ideas for Cardo, and the editorial desk will pick that up with you separately. This is the part of the group that does something else entirely, in case it is useful to you or to Cardo. About three minutes end to end.

What we see

Three doors, and only one of them is loud.

01
Cardo reaches the market through three separate routes: direct through the Cardo store, through powersports and specialist dealers, and designed into helmets and machines by manufacturers.
02
The consumer door runs on brand, reviews, community and press. It is the visible one, and it is presumably the reason this conversation started with a feature request.
03
The other two doors are not consumer marketing problems at all. A dealer group, a distributor and a helmet manufacturer are named companies with named people, won one relationship at a time.
04
The category keeps widening. Motorcycle, off road, snow, cycling. Each widening means a different retail base, and relationships in one of them do not carry into the next.
05
Press moves the first door extremely well. It does very little for the second and third, because the people who sign there are not reading the pages riders read.
None of this is a criticism of the consumer side. It is an observation that two of the three routes to market are named-account problems, and named accounts are what we build for.

Where this goes

Same brand. A second way in.

Today
.
Consumer demand is carried by press, reviews and the rider community. That door works and nobody sensible would touch it.
.
Trade routes, dealers, distributors and manufacturers, typically grow through shows, inbound and relationships that already exist.
.
That is a channel running at the speed of the people inside it, and it is silent about every account nobody has met yet.
.
In this category, opening a new segment tends to start the relationship count close to zero again.
In the first weeks and months
+
A named list of dealer groups, distributors and specialist retailers, split by category and by country.
+
A second list of helmet and vehicle manufacturers, with the product and engineering people who decide what gets designed in.
+
Weekly outreach on both lists in the brand's voice, opening trade conversations rather than consumer ones.
+
One place interest lands, with the meeting booked before anyone spends an hour chasing it.

How the engagement works

Build. Run. Own.

01 / BUILD

Build

We design, staff and stand up the complete unit. The named-account data, the messaging, the outbound engine, the automation and the reporting.

02 / RUN

Run

We run it in market for a fixed four months and prove it on real booked meetings, not slides. First conversations land early.

03 / OWN

Own

We hand over the playbook, the tooling, the dashboards and a trained operator. You own the engine.

One contractor, a network of specialists. One point of contact, and you never manage a stack of tools or freelancers.
We build it, run it in market, then hand you the keys
What we build for Cardo Systems

Three things, not twelve.

The lists

Named trade accounts rather than job titles pulled off a database. Dealer groups, distributors and specialist retailers by category and country, plus the product and engineering people inside helmet and vehicle manufacturers who decide what gets integrated.

The outreach

A weekly motion by email and on LinkedIn, written in the brand's voice. Two separate stories, because a dealer buying stock to sell and a manufacturer choosing what to build in are not having the same conversation.

The handover

The playbook, the tooling, the reporting and an operator trained into the team. When the four months end, the unit belongs to the company and it keeps running without us in it.

We build to the weak points we can see, not to a menu. The consumer brand, the press work and the features stay exactly where they are, with the people already doing them.
Enquirer Consulting Group
The engine, in plain terms

Every message, written for one real person.

01

Target

We name the accounts first: which dealer groups, distributors and manufacturers matter in each category and each country, and who inside them owns the decision.

02

Personalize

AI reads each profile and writes a unique message. No templates.

03

Hand off warm

A positive reply pings you and your operator with the prospect and a way to reach them.

04

You take it from there

You take pre-qualified conversations. The engine handles everything before it.

Research-led and human-reviewed. Every message is on-brand, and most of the volume runs on capacity we operate, not only your account.

Where this fits, and where it does not

Honest about what this is.

01

A trade motion, not a consumer one

This does nothing for rider demand and it is not meant to. It points at the doors where the buyer is a company with a name and a person who signs, which is where direct outreach works and advertising does not.

02

A build, then a handover

Four months, fixed. We design it, staff it, run it in market, then give it away. There is no version of this where anyone rents us forever, and that is the entire point of the model.

03

Your side of it is untouched

Press, features and everything you handle stays exactly where it is, with you. This sits underneath that and talks to a different audience completely.

Why ECG

You own it at the end. That is the difference.

+
Without building an outbound team from scratch.
+
Without a permanent agency on retainer forever.
+
Without a stack of tools and freelancers to manage.
+
Without lock-in. You own the engine, including the operator who runs it.
A freelancer sends emails. An agency rents you reps. A consultancy hands you a slide deck. We design the engine, staff it, run it, prove it on real meetings, then hand you the keys.

How we start

Stand up fast. Prove it. Then scale.

Stand up

Build

The named-account data, the messaging, the engine and the dashboard. Day-one capacity from warmed assets and managed seats.

Prove

The test

Run against the KPIs we agree up front. First meetings on the calendar early.

Scale

Ramp

Once the numbers hold, ramp the seats and breadth to the volume you want.

Own

Hand over

Playbook, tooling, dashboards and a trained operator. The engine is yours.

Onboarding sets the targeting and the voice first, so the outreach lands warmer every week.

Next step

Let's see if the mechanism fits.

  1. A short call with Ben, 20 minutes, at a time that suits you.
  2. Ben brings the named dealer groups, distributors and manufacturers we would start with, so you can tell us straight away whether the read is right or wrong.
  3. If it is useful, pass it on or keep going yourself. If not, you keep the read and there is no chase.
Reply with two or three times that suit and we will work around you, or grab a slot at calendly.com/enquirer/review.
